Refresh failed : internal service error

Hello

I'm getting error or "Refresh Failed" when I try to actualize data from POWER BI Online. (scheduled refresh)

To explain my test :

  1. First I've created a connection between Power BI sektop (Version : 2.99.782.0 64-bit (novembre 2021) and Azure Table storage where I collect data from third device. Data are correctly retreived on Azure.
  2. I've made a data connection with Power BI -> success
  3. I've published the Power BI using my Power BI Pro Account. -> Success
  4. I've set up the scheduled Refresh every day at 8:30 -> Success
  5. I receive email notification on Refresh Failed : -> Problem

in this Power BI, there is no specific query inside, just I'm testing the connection and the data refreshment.

Could you help me on that problem please ? thanks in advance

Bets regards

HI @sylcar26,

Did these issues still appear on your side? If it keeps displayed without any update, you can try to contact data source support or report this to power bi team with your report file to confirm if any backend processing/authorization operation failed.

@sylcar26 , As this transient issue, you should try to refresh again. Also check if there excel/csv download available, then you should download and check at table level.

If needed you can log a support ticket toohttps://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/support/
