Refresh and Scheduled Refresh for dev.virtualearth.net

Hello folks,
I have a dataset and having customers and their addresses, and I'm trying to map them in the Bing Maps visuals.
Also, I have to calculate the distance between the customer and the clients, but that can only happen if we have longitudes and latitudes.
So I created a Bing Maps key in Dev Bing Maps Center, and now I'm pulling the long and lat from the maps live and inserting them in my dataset while refreshing.
There are around 220K rows in the dataset and the refresh/load in the Power BI Dekstop is taking more than an hour/ sometimes  timing out too.
Also, once the dataset was loaded succcesfully, and when I published the dashbaord on Power BI Service, it said that it does not support schedule refresh for this type of Data Source( dev.virtualearth.net)


How do I make the load time quicker as well as enable schedule refresh for such data source
