Hi, all
The following error message occurs when refreshing in the web.
Is this an error caused by out of memory?
Is there anything I should change in the gateway option?
Please let me know which part to check.
Thank you
Hi @Anonymous ,
I suggest you to refresh your report in Power BI Desktop to make sure the data source is accessable.
Then what kind of data source are you connecting to to create the report? And what kind of connection mode are you trying to connecting to the data source?
There are two kinds of on-premises data gateway, personal mode on-premises data gateway and standard on-premises data gateway.
If you use direct query / live connection mode, you need to use standard on-premises data gateway.
Make sure you have configured your gateway correctly.

@Anonymous
It is a Postgre re;lated error.
Try download the report locally and run it again to see what happens
Then check one by one to see whether there is a query (connection) which throws this error message
