This is a very basic Month formula for a calculate column on raw column of datatype - Date/Time
When I pull the Calculated Column on to the sheet, it shows me the above error.
I am using Redhsift connector on DirectQuery Mode.

Hi prerak,
I think this should be considered as limitation of Direct Query.
"
Time intelligence capabilities are not available in DirectQuery. For example, special treatment of date columns (year, quarter, month, day, so on) are not supported in DirectQuery mode.
"
This is documented at: Use DirectQuery in Power BI Desktop
We could choose import mode, or consider format the data under Query Editor.

@prerak Redshift connector is still in preview and that is why I believe that functionality isn't possible yet. Maybe later towards when that feature becomes GA support for calculated measures and fields will be added.
