AR | start date | end date | Status |
200 | 21-jun-2023 | 21-sep-2023 | Inactive |
300 | 30-05-2023 | Active |
I want all the active applications to be shown on the graph by month, year and quarter iteratively meaning the AR with 300 should just not show in the month of May but till current month on graph so it should show from May to Current (Nov)
Help would be really appreciated
Thank you

Hi,
AR200 ended in September 2023. So should it show up in that month or should it show up only till August 2023?
It should show as Inactive in Sep . The main idea is that the AR which are inactive that should show only on that month but because for how long the AR had been active want to get that idea
So for example AR 200 SHOULD BE SHOWN FROM Jun ,july ,Aug as Active and Sep Inactive whereas AR 300 Should be shown in months May . June ,July , Aug , Sep , Oct ,Nov (The current date month)
here is a workaround for you

Thanks for the solution
But it should show only till the present month. As well as if I filter AR 200 it should show me from Active from June to Aug and Inactive in Sep
AR is the Application ref no which is Unique
