Receiving Error Message When Connecting to BW

I already had this document. I uninstalled the SAP Connector, verified the GAC folders did not have the paths installed listed in the document, installed the SAP Connector, and still received the same error.
I am connecting to the Info Provider in BW. However, when I select a characteristic or key figure the error appears.
I also went a step further and checked ST22 in BW and there run time errors for each time I attempted to use the BEx query.
