I cannot for the life of me find the relative date slicer at all, I have date column which I want to give the option of the past 12 months say a person chooses q4 from periods then they choose 2017 it would auotomatically show them a comparison of the past 12 months is that possible I am new to power bi so please be gentle to me.
Note the data type under Modeling tab and take a good look at this discussion.
