Real time changes in powerbi report

Hi all, within my organization we are currently processing a list of customers that have one or more elements of their profile that is missing, for example a missing name or adress. We import this list of customers based on a query in SQL this is made in such a way that we get a list of customer names that have at least one error in their profile. Our current goal is to basically have no names left on the list. The only problem we currently have is that multiple people are working on this list and because the report only is refreshed once a day, we run into situations where two employees want to solve the issues of the same customer. A colleuage came up to me and asked if there was a possibility to mark a customer as 'done' after changes have been applied so that when others open the report they can see that even though the customer is in the list, another colleauge has already made the neccesary changes. Im struggling to find a way to do this as the are using a published report as they all open the report through microsoft teams but if colleauge A changes something in the report (or in this case marks a customer as 'done') this change is not visible in the report of colleauge B. Does anybody know a way to help this? We are not neccisarily looking for a checkbox or whatever, just anything that shows that this customer has already been handled by another colleauge as the with the next refresh (every 24hrs) those customers that have been altered should not be popping up in the list anymore so we are just marking a customer for the day before the query in SQL removes the name from the list once the profile is complete.
