Reading from Business Central Historical Trial Balances

I can connect my PowerBI instance to Business Central and read the tables directly, but whenever I export a trial balance, it seems to be only a copy as at the moment of refresh. Is there an API link or webhook that I can use to get a full historical balance for all financial periods?

Hi @gcperformance,

If you mean the power bi desktop export feature, current it works to export the data that is cached in the power bi data model. You can't directly use it to operate and export all records from the data source side. (power bi also not included writeback features)
For your requirement, I'd like to suggest you do these export operations on the data source side instead.
