Read record based on union with an existing table

 Hi,

we want to read only records from the table 2 where exists on the related field from table 1 (already loaded)

Is there any easy way to do that?

Thanks!

in power query editor, use merge, join 2nd table to 1st table and chooise Join Kind to inner and it will give only rows in 2nd table which matches with 1st.

I have a table already loaded, so the second table has a lot of records that are not related to the filter we did in the first table. Therefore, we want to read only those records which have matched over the existing records from the table 1. So, in others technologies, we used to use the where exist clause to achieve this. But I'm not sure how to to do it in PowerBi.

in power query editor, use merge, join 2nd table to 1st table and chooise Join Kind to inner and it will give only rows in 2nd table which matches with 1st.
