i want to calculate the ratio of 2 tables with the help of count... first i want to calculate the table 1(Separations) Names which will result 5, then table2(headcount) Names which will also result 5 then i would like to make a ratio of 5 / 5 = 1.
i am unable to make a ratio with the help of count. please help....

I would add a Measure, with the formula probably something like:
Ratio = DIVIDE ( COUNTROWS ( 'Separations' ) , COUNTROWS ( 'headcount' ) , 0 )
