Rankx with date column

Hello Everyone, I have a measure rank that will adapt on the user selection and the slicers in the report:

IF (

     ISINSCOPE ( 'TIME'[YEAR] ),

      RANKX (
                      CALCULATETABLE ( ALLSELECTED ( 'TIME'[YEAR])), [Spend],, DESC )).

Result:

Howerver the rank works on all columns / categories except for the TIME table (year, month, halfyear and quarter year). the spend measure used above is sum ('fact'[AMOUNT])
