Ranking by date and value but for multiple columns

I am trying to create the top 10 by AR, with the remianing into other.  I have gotten this to work with on column but my table has 5 columns that need to change based on on coulmn.  Then change it you change the date. the table would look something like this.  Each cretieria is a seperate column.

Top 10   AR Pastdue, Over 360, % Over 360
