Rank based on multiple measure

I would like to show rank wise of 3 measures in bar chart. Is it possible to do.If yes kindly give the solution

Hi Teige,

I would like to show Rank wise Total count , with count their respect measures like (On time & Missed) should come, As i shown in the attached picture in my post.
