Rank Column with All selected

Hi Team,

I Need to create dynamic Ranking based on below slicer. (FY  Year & Quarter are coming from DATE table).

Forecast Accuracy For Rank_Measure = CALCULATE(SUM('Forecast Code'[Forecast]),'Forecast Code'[event end week]<= TODAY(),ALLEXCEPT('Forecast Code','Forecast Code'[Customer],'Forecast Code'[Tag]))

Rank Column = RANKX(ALL('Forecast Code'[Customer]),CALCULATE([Forecast Accuracy For Rank_Measure]))

Right now With FY Year, it is working fine but when I select any quarter then rank is not changing dynamically. I have tried with All selected but didn;t ge correct result.

Could you please help me in this?
