ROW LEVEL SECURITY filtering across two tables context

I’ve several tables out of which two table are of priority for this discussion. I’m providing you a sample for the same-

Period Table:

Period Type	Period Value
Monthly	Jan'22
Monthly	Feb'22
Monthly	Apr'22
Quarterly	AMJ'22
Quarterly	AMJ'21

Sales table:

Period Value	Category	Sales Units
Jan'22	Heaters	1000
Feb'22	Fans	500
Feb'22	Heaters	300
Apr'21	Fans	2000
Apr'21	Heaters	600
Jan'22	Purifiers	200

I'd like to set up RLS so that a managed user can only view the Fans data on a quarterly basis. However, for heaters, the user should have access to both monthly and quarterly data. Purifiers' data should be entirely excluded. A quick help is much needed. Regards
