RLS

Hi, Is there a way to add more restrictions to an existing RLS?
For example, if there's a COST 1 and a COST 2 in one table and multiple roles can each role see one or the other?

Hi @Anonymous ,

First of all, you have to have editing rights for the report. What each role can see depends on your rules.

Here's the example you can refer to.

There are other links about RLS at the end of this article for you to learn. They're very helpful.

You can add multiple values as follows in RLS formula

[Columnname] IN {"Item1", "Item2"}

@Anonymous RLS does not cover column level security. For that, you will need to use the CLS pattern or OLS in Tabular Editor.
