Hi,
I am calculating contribution % by Region and State using the total sales and I need to apply RLS in the report.
Since I'm using total sales in the measure, the issue occurs after applying the RLS by region and state.
For any particular RLS filter (zone/state) the total sales get filtered, and the contribution % shows 100%.
I need to keep the total sales measure unaffected by RLS to calculate the actual contribution of any region and state.
As this is filtered on a model level, cannot control the RLS filter on a visual level, open to suggestions/new approaches.
Please Help.
Hey @aakif_aslam ,
Probably you will need create a table or column which has no RLS restrictions and use that column or table for calculation in your dax/measure.
