RANKX with condition

I need help with RANKX.
I have a sales table : 

Date	Emp	Group	Sales
31-Dec-23	Lana	Sales	650,000
31-Dec-23	Nick	Sales	500,000
31-Dec-23	Mary	Sales	400,000
31-Dec-23	Anna	Sales	450,000
31-Dec-23	Zaza	Ops	30000
31-Dec-23	Jiji	Eng	30000
30-Nov-23	Nick	Sales	200,000
30-Nov-23	Mary	Sales	300,000
30-Nov-23	Anna	Sales	340,000
30-Nov-23	Zaza	Ops	300000
30-Nov-23	Jiji	Eng	300000

I need to rank employees only form Group = "Sales" and only the ones that workd previous month... O.O

So the outcome for december ranking would be 

Nick 1

Anna 2

Mary 3.

Any suggestions?
