Power BI service at powerbi.com has an instance of R available with some sample packages. As long as your R visual doesn't rely on a package that Microsoft does not have installed, the report will display the visual in Service just as would in Desktop. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-r-packages-support
