Used R Script's ggplot library to create barcharts using 'facet_grid'. Chart displayed correctly on Power BI Desktop, but when published to Power BI Pro, the chart came out completely messed up. The bars and data labels were all over the place in the wrong rows.
Hi @tho662003 ,
Firstly, please check if you have installed the latest version of Power BI Desktop.
If it is convenient, could you share a dummy pbix file which can reproduce the issue, so that we can help further investigate on it? You can upload it to OneDrive and post the link here. Do mask sensitive data before uploading.)
In addition, you could have a reference of this similar thread.
Best Regards,
Cherry
https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Desktop/R-script-visual-not-working-in-Service/td-p/478672 the thread you have attached does not help as the problem I am facing is not about not being able to upload and connect the data.
The wierd part is that when I apply filter to look at each row of the 'facet_grid' at a time, the bars in the chart are displayed correctly. But once there are 2 rows or more, the bars are all at the wrong places and get 'detached' from the data labels....
Yes, I have the latest version of the Power BI Desktop installed: version Version: 2.62.5222.761 64-bit (September 2018)
Here is the link to the dummy pbix file: https://zeemart-my.sharepoint.com/:u:/g/personal/tongfatt_zeemart_asia/EQu54OkMaL9Ig8zXvjK6prABt_uZK...
Hi Cherry,
I replied to the email triggred in response to your post above and I didn't know that the email was sent from a no-reply account. Sorry for delay in my response.
