Just make sure QuickBooks is open with your company file loaded and you’ve got the right driver installed. Running QuickBooks as admin usually helps avoid any permission hiccups. If you want to skip all the driver and setup stuff, tools like Skyvia can sync your QuickBooks data easily and without any coding.

Hi there, I have a ready-made solution for Quickbooks and Power BI connection. Here is an example of report that I recently created: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1sQ0U6uyUwqEu6IQ3ZMXEDV5GdsokLLE0/view?usp=drive_link

On my Cloud PC I did follow the steps at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/connect-data/service-connect-to-quickbooks-online to connect through the online service rather than Power BI Desktop, and that did work for me.
