Question on SharePoint load by folder

Hi All

In order for me to load by folder , i start to create new site for save the CSV file. Not sure it this the correct approach ? in future it is going to be very messy ? Hope some one can share with me.

@Anonymous - Are you going to store the files in same location in future?

Or please explain as it's not clear what the issue is.

Hi Sir 

Phil have suggested me to create a sharepoint folder just for sales order data file and with out any other data file , and it work fine now.
