'Question mark' in visual header

I have a question, someone showed me in the visual a 'new feature' with a magnifier that is visual on the location of the red arrow. This magnifier shows a small text field with some additional information (you have to write it yourself). Does anyone know how I can make this magnifier visable and where I need to write down the information?

Found the solution. I was looking for the question mark in the visual header.

Difficult to discribe my problem, because I have no visual that can support my words. But I give it a try. 

In a dashboard, I saw a visual and left of the filter button (in the right upper corner) there was a small magnifier . When you touched this button, a text (self made) popped up. This text gave some additional information (1 or 2 sentences) about the visual. 

Does this discription ring a bell? Hope so...

@Anonymous , the middle icon after the filter is the focus mode , which will open it on the screen,

Another option is a zoom slider, which will add scroll bars
