Question about ODBC

If you are using the ODBC connector do you still have to use the gateway for the scheduled refresh or is it automatic from the ODBC?

Also can you set intervals of refresh for ODBC?

Thanks for confirming that, what happens then on the On-premsises data gateway on the Connectors tab, obiviously you wouldn't need to use that anymore?
