Query regarding data transfer (import) from SQL server to Power BI

Hi everyone,

I have 2 doubts.

1) I am trying to load tables in Power BI from SQL server whose size is nearly 25GB. I can see that my Power BI file size in services is 3.5GB. So, wanted to understand how this compression works?

2) We are trying to load and refresh a file in PBI services (premium workspace) but we are getting an error (screenshot attached). Does this error usually come due to storage space issue or is there any other reason that might cause this error to occur?

Please let me know for these doubts. Would be of huge help. Thanks. 🙂

@Krunal007 , I usually load fewer data in the desktop and refresh it in a test or production instance with a larger set of data
