Query Editor - Can't Delete Table

I started process of Get Data and chose a table in my Excel book. Then started step 2 Edit. Before I could do editing I saw the message you have unsaved query somethings so I clicked it. Now I can't edit my table (it seems) and I can't delete the table and start over. Needs to be edited, mainly changing number column to text (071 needs to be 071, not 71).  I did have some blank cells in a column and that's ok but got error.  Just want to start over.  Suggestions?  Thanks,  Jeff

How did you do these actions?

What's the error message?

We can delete the queries just by right click the queries and click "Delete".
