Query Diagnostics and Power BI refresh

Hi

The refresh of the dataset in the Power BI service takes long. Having problems with SQL Profiler (not working yet) I looked at Query Diagnostics. I loaded my development dataset (being 5 queries all together) and performed the steps. In the end I get two datastes:
Aggregated and Detailed.
Read some on the internet, but since this is the first time find it hard to read those datasets.
Can somebody tell me which columns I should focus, which columns tell me where it goes 'wrong'?
And which rows I can ignore (for instance Resource is null?? ) ?
What do those categories like Evaluator,Preview etc tell me? Are they all important?

So, hoping a more experienced Query Diagnostic user can help me on my way.

@PowerRon , Power Query transformation, Then Power Query calculated columns and then DAX calculated column

Try to load more data in the power bi desktop file and check which step takes lot of time to load in power query.

Usually, a Merge of tables can take time.
