Queries being auto created

Here is a weird situation, but I see it on several of my Desktop PowerBIs:

When I refresh my data, several quires (not all queries) get recreated with a "2" after the name.

I don't think it is doing any harm except taking up space, but, how can I stop it.

I have a model that has 5 queries in it, one is called "All Data, but, now it has 10 or 15 queries in it, with names like "All Data 2" and "All Data 2 2" and "All Data 2 2 2" etc.

Why is it happening and how can I stop it?

Yes, I add a lot of code to my Queries, but, none that would duplaice a query. I don't even know how to do that!

@fcerullo , that is strange. Have you added any manual code in the power query, check if is there any step which is duplicating the table
