Hi Sirhawk3017 - I have attached pbix with created new measure for determine quartile boundaries.(1,2,3) , i have choosen a table FM BDC , may be if it is a different table, please check and change.

looking at this again and it works perfectly. I just needed to change the table. thank you again for your help!

Helper IIrajendraongole1 I changed the BDC table to FM Info. Seemed to kinda work. Is there a way to get it where the revenue is about the same in each quartile. Want to see which owners contribute the most. Here's the updates I made to what you did. Again I really, really appreciate you and your help.
