QnA manage terms missing

Hi,

I am using Power BI Version: 2.132.1053.0 64-bit (August 2024). Under the QnA set-up the 'Manage Terms' tab is missing?

I saw a few older posts that has the same issue but there wasn't any solution. Can someone suggest whether it is the version I have or how can I turn it on?

Also does anyone know which feedback option the user need to choose for the questions to have the fix requested come up iunder the 'Review Questions' section?

Thanks

Jennifer

Hi @JLYT -The missing "Manage Terms" tab in the Q&A setup in Power BI could be due to a few reasons:Power BI Version: It is possible that the version you are using, 2.132.1053.0 (August 2024), either has changes or bugs related to the Q&A setup features. If this feature was present in older versions and is missing in the current one, it might have been deprecated or disabled due to an update. You could try updating to the latest version of Power BI to see if the issue is resolved, or revert to an older version if possible.Preview Features: Sometimes new features are only available if certain preview features are turned on. You can check if the Q&A setup features are listed under:

  • File > Options and Settings > Options > Preview features.
  • Ensure that "Q&A Setup" or anything related to Natural Language (Q&A) is enabled.

Certain features, like "Manage Terms," may only be available for specific Power BI licenses, such as Power BI Pro or Premium. If you are using the desktop version without a higher-tier license, it may restrict access to advanced features.
