Hi @Bharathi_99 ,
Can you please share a pbix or some dummy data that keep the raw data structure with expected results? It should help us clarify your scenario and test to coding formula.

I have many records like 770k , I cannot send some sample from there
HI @Bharathi_99,
Perhap you can try to use the following measure formula if this suitable for your scenario:
formula =
VAR currDate =
MAX ( Calendar[Date] )
VAR quarterStart =
DATE ( YEAR ( currDate ), QUARTER ( currDate ) * 3, 1 )
RETURN
CALCULATE (
DISTINCTCOUNT ( Fact[E Number] ),
FILTER (
ALLSELECTED ( Fact ),
AND ( [Imt Date] >= quarterStart, [Imt Date] <= currDate )
&& [Type] = "Northern"
&& [Category] = "INELIGIBLE"
&& [Parts Flag] = "Y"
)
)

Xiaoxin Sheng
