PwerBI Changes Percentages

Hi all, 
Not sure how to get around this issue with PowerBI.

I'm using an excel doc with a column that has percentages in it, see below:

 

As you can see it normal 2 Decimal place percentages in the Table.
However when I upload the table to PowerBI and select that column it makes all my percentages 100 Time bigger:

HOw do I keep my Percentages as the numbers they are supposed to be when using them in PowerBI?
FYI Here's the settings for that column in PowerBI as well

    Thank you for that information. 
    Would that need to be done on Every line?


    I"m guessing you mean on the original doc and not in Power BI??


    Because that is not feasible as there are over 18,000 Lines in the document.

    you can do in power query. try use add colummn and custom colummn. or go to "table view" -> "new column" and use dax to calculate

    Hi Ike0911 ,

     

    Thanks for reaching out us. I reviewed your post and I understand that you value, such as -2.7 in excel means -2.7%. But after imported into Power BI, it displays -27%. 

    The advice I can give you here is to try to see what the data type of column [PENETRATION PERCENT DIFFERENCE] is in your Power BI Desktop. If in Excel, the column is of the numeric type, in Power BI, it should be of the same data type. If you want to display the correct percentage, then you should follow LeandroDeodato 's workaround, divide the column by 100, and then say that the data format is set to percentage. Below is an example:
