Pulling a value from a table using 3+ Columns as criteria.

For more context, I have a sharepoint list that is the beginning point.  That information is supposed to match up in the matrix and pop out a value. Each column from that sharepoint list has a relationship with the column that it is supposed to match up to.  There are in total 7 tables.  1 from sharepoint, 6 internal that are the matrix mimics.
