Pull data from a AAD enabled REST endpoint using organizational signin option

I am trying to pull data into Power BI desktop using "Web" option. The REST endpoint i am trying to access is hosted in Azure under App Services. I have turned on AAD authentication for this REST API. I am able to Sign In under Organizational account option ,but when I try to connect i get following error 

"We couldn't authenticate with the credential provided.Please try again."

What can be possible issues?
