Puerto Rico and UVSI - filled map
I'm having difficulty using Puerto Rico and USVI to show on a filled map. I've tried the abbreviations and the entire spelling of it from the columns, but neither are working. Any help is appreciated.

Have you considered using a Shape Map visual and providing your own TopoJSON file?

lbendlin Thanks for the quick reply.
Hi jcastr02 ,
When you create a map visualization in Power BI, the geolocation data is sent to Bing.
1.Make sure your firewall can access the following URLs:- https://dev.virtualearth.net/REST/V1/Locations
- https://platform.bing.com/geo/spatial/v1/public/Geodata
- https://www.bing.com/api/maps/mapcontrol
2. Effective geographic location: Valid locations include country/region, state, county, city, zip code, etc.
3. Ensure that fields are geocoded correctly by setting the "Data Category" on the field.
4. Checks the location information stored in the column for spelling errors.
