Publishing & Refreshing Data
Hi,
I'm new in PowerBI
I'm watched some tutorials in Youtube !
I'm a little confused about it, could some on answer my question?
1.I found out that Its not possible to publish our report to our custom website, Is that true ??
2.when I create and publish a report to web(powerbi.com) how can I update or refresh my data when my database is local ?

Power BI only allows publishing to the Power BI web-portal. With the Power BI API, you can embed dashboards that have been published to the portal into other websites. Here's some more reading on integrating published report items into an external web app.
Refresh against on-prem data sources requires the Personal Gateway or Enterprise Gateway to be configured within your network. The very first google result for "Power BI refresh database" has a very thorough overview of how refresh works in Power BI. Here's some more reading on both the Personal Gateway and the Enterprise Gateway.
