Published Data Isn't The Same As Desktop
Help! On the desktop, the calculated percentages and numbers are so different from the published report.
The report is on service level of coaching sessions done on failures. The Excel file calculates the service level from the date the failure is logged versus the coaching date. I also have a column which indicates different status conditions, notably "not applicable" where coaching is not needed. In the matrix on PowerBI desktop, I have locked a filter on all pages to filter out those status conditions that aren't blank.
In the desktop version, the calculated average service level in the report is 10.53 days. In the published report, it is 9.46 days, and when I share it publicly, it becomes 11.34 days.
I crossed reference this with Excel and it the desktop data is correct. Why is this happening and what should I do?
What's causing the problem here?

Hi Anonymous
What is your data source, If it is live data you are connected to then it makes sense as it would update from time to time when DS is refreshed.

Anonymous , it should not happen in case of publish. Yes in case of republishing. Sometimes you have to clear cache and refresh.
Try that once in any case. Clear cache and refresh. Publish to web, might take a bit time to refresh and catch up with web version.
In the web version, is your dataset is correctly refreshed ?
