Hello!
I am experiencing troubles with the card visual. When I have my Power BI opened on the Desktop App, I can see the mean results from a column displayed in the card visual correctly. However, when I publish said report on a Premium Workspace, the card value changes and does not match the value on the Desktop App. This is happening for both the card visual and the new card visual. How can the value change by publishing the report? Is there a way to correct this?
Thank you very much for the help in advance!
For one of the dashboards, I have no filter. But the column calculates the difference between two dates in days. So for example, column A is the start date, column B the finish date, and column C equal B-A in days. So the card actually shows the mean value of column C, which is a number. For another dashboard the card visual shows a similar value, but there is a name filter, so that it calculates the mean for that name. Do you think there is anything I could do to maybe make both the desktop dashboard and published one match?
Do you happen to have a dateor time filter on the card visual ?
One of the things that changes when you publish to a workspace is the timezone, which might lead to difference in values
