Publish to web reverting to old version of Power BI dashboard

I'm having a bit of an issue with updating an existing dashboard in Power BI.

I've created a new bar chart (in blue below) and have saved it in Power BI Desktop.

Clicking publish shows the bar chart in Power BI website account.

Clicking on Share> Embed Report > Publish to web (public) shows an old version of the Dashboard prior to any changes being made with the blue bar chart and not the recent version.

Any ideas why this is happening, and how I can overcome it and update the dashboard online?

Sometimes, It could take about 1 hour to display the newest updates. Please refer to "how it works" section:

Publish to web from Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Docs

"The data is cached for one hour from the time it is retrieved. If you update the report definition (for example, if you change its View mode) or refresh the report data, it can take some time before changes are reflected in the version of the report that your users view."
