Publish ing issue access

Hi,   One question,   I want to give a few people an authority that can publish report and update app in the group. Is it possible? then please let me know how.   thanks,

    Hello Anonymous 

    If you add them to the workspace and grant users rights to edit PowerBI content they will be able publish reports and  update the app.
