Hello All,
I have common dataset which is used to build multiple reports. I have created one more report say ABC Report based on the common dataset and my customer wants access of that report only provided to 3 managers and not all users.
We have separate workspace for datasets and separate workspace for reports.
App is created for sharing the report with users.
There is one group created for adding all the users and that group is given viewer access in the report workspace.
Now I am not sure how can I provide the access of the ABC report to only 3 managers without other users accessing that report? Since this report will be part of that App only.
I was thinking of - Create one more group for 3 managers and create separate app and provide that group name in the Audience tab of App but since the other groups are given access of Report workspace, will they see this new app? Or only 3 people can see this app?
Let me know if this seems confusing and need more info on this.
Thanks in advance!

Found one option where we can enable the Access to hidden content while publishing the app. We can hide the report which we dont want other users to see and then copy the link of the report and share it with specific users after adding their email ids in App access list.

THanks for the reply. I was thinking like if i should create another app or can I use the App which is already there.
Read that we can not create more than one app for one workspace! So, creating another app is not an option. Need to think of another options.
Hi @sankeyt_mehta
As I understood, no need to create a separate App. Inside the App, you can create separate Audience levels and assign the 3 managers in this Audience
