Proper visual for below data

I need visual like below but please note column order shuold be same.

We don't have the option to "merge and center" cells like Excel.
So the closest visual to the request that you can achieve it :if it helps you can follow my steps (in PQ + DAX) , I attached a pbix.

Excel is not Power BI. I don't think you can achieve this.
