Hello @Richard_Lemkhar, on web you can find plenty of Project Management implementations in PowerBI. Some of them are demonstrated at DataStoriesGallery. For example, this one - Power BI Project Management Gantt Chart - Microsoft Fabric Community.
However, consider an important thing: PowerBI is primarly data visualization tool. Therefore, it's not simple to create a report, that will give you a possibility to update data online in the real time. Most likely, you'll need go to a the data source for data manipulation and then refresh your report to see the change. Depending on your needs it might be a blocking issue. The alternative to overcome this problem is the use of external visuals that allow data editing or use of PowerBI together with PowerApps.
Good luck! 🙂
Thank you @Sergii24
the plan was to use the excel template as a data source and Power Bi for visualization. I understand i need to update the figures to be able to refresh the dashboard.
howerever, Excel template can be also a solution
thanks i will have a look to the link
best regards

I did follow the link provided but the implementation are there but couldn't find any Power Bi template nor Excel (data sources),
do you have one available that you can share?
Thanks
I personally don't have any PM project template to share. Maybe you can contact the Gallery Item author to ask a copy of it.
