Problems with the f(x) Average for calculate the average fare for hotels

Hello everyone,

I was trying to calculate the average fare for some hotels in power BI for a presentation to our clients.

When I repeat again the same accion (filters, columns, all was the same) in an excel the value is different, so I have no idea what's going in on. Would you mind help me with that? I will appreciate it!

Ps, Anyone has the same problem like me?

Could you please clairfy more details about the issue? If possible, please share some sample data and give the expressions you are using currently.
