Guys can anyone tell me why I don't have the "details" explanation in the scatter plot section in my power bi? my searches took me only to tutorials that showed already with this guide showing.😭 ...

You are using "New format pane".
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/fundamentals/desktop-format-pane
Disable it and you will have the "details" as below.
