Hi friends,
I have a question. One of my service providers sends me each month a dataset, similar like the table below
Each colomn has the data of one specific month. Is it possible to make a bar chart in Power BI, based on a dataset in this format? In xls it is no problem, but I haven't found the Power BI solution yet...
Hope to hear soon from you!
Cheers,
Sander

@Anonymous The best solution is to unpivot your data in query editor, to do so, follow these steps
- open query editor
- select your first column
- right click and then choose unpivot other columns
It will create two columns in your dataset, attribute and value
- rename attribute column to month
Now in Power BI, on bar chart, you can use month column on x-axis and value column in value section.
