Hello,
first of all, i would like to apologize if my post is not in the right area.
But i'm problems for using the card visualization with the right value.
i have a master table in SQL, that as all my data (by department, type (is its real, budget, acheived).
For me to have a aggregated view (because i've to make changes to same data, i've created a view that agregates the values by departement, so i have only in this table 5 lines for the total of 5 departments)
The 2 tables are connected by departement.
master table
department
values
year
month
....
view agregated
departement
values
when i put the [view agregated].[value] in the card visualization it doesnt filter nothing.
i've a slicer with the department, and i was expecting that the value change as i change the department .
Can you please help me, what i'm doing wrong ?

Hi @jppuam
Please check the relationship. elationship should be defined between master table and Aggregate view and the cross filter direction should set preoperly.
Say for ex, the slicer is on the department from Master table, the crossfilter direction should be from Master to Aggregate view. The direction of the cross filter can be bidirectional also, based on your design and need, but need to be careful when you enable bidirectional as its not advisable unless its unavoidable.
Thanks

Thank you rajendran
It was exactly that !!!
Many thanks,
JR
Can you try to enable bi-directional crossfiltering to see if the filter flows correctly?
