Problem with refresh data on power bi service

Hi everyone 

i am faced with a problem that blocks my client

I have a power bi data set which is connected to a sql server database

everything worked correctly until 12/22/2020

when we do a refresh on desktop it works and it takes 30 minutes max but if I run the automatic schedule on power bi service it runs for hours then it gives me an error message
The XML for Analysis request timed out before it was completed. Timeout value: 17998 sec.

i work on power bi premium with incrémential refreresh 

how can i fix this issue

    which gateway version are you using?  Latest version is 68.15

      Hi SLI ,

       

      According to your description, there was no previous error. As far as I know, it may also be related to the version of pbix. Try to update the desktop and republish the report. Try to refresh again to see if the problem exists.
