My Data which are stored in MongoDB is containing the almost 6 crore data in it. and the size of the file is 6.73 GB.

I think the issue is with RAM.

    Also want to just check an easy missed variable too.  Are you using 32bit or 64bit version of Power BI?

      I am using the 64bit version of POWER BI.

        axata: It's your system RAM issue.

         

        There is 1 GB compressed size limitation for .PBIX file.
